General Release of Liability
Please know with every ticket purchase, volunteer or contractor entrance; all attendees including but not limited to volunteers contractors and ticket holders HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE the promoters, participants, sanctioning organizations or any subdivision thereof, any organizers, rescue personnel, promoters, sponsors, advertisers, owners and lessees of premises used to conduct the EVENT, premises and event inspectors, surveyors, underwriters, consultants and others who give recommendations, directions, or instructions or engage in risk evaluation or loss control activities regarding the premises or EVENT and each of them, their directors, officers, agents and employees, all for the purpose herein referred to as “Releasees,” FROM ALL LIABILITY TO THE UNDERSIGNED, their personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin FOR ANY AND ALL LOSS OR DAMAGE, AND ANY CLAIM OR DEMANDS THEREFOR ON ACCOUNT OF INJURY TO THE PERSON OR PROPERTY OR RESULTING IN DEATH OF THE UNDERSIGNED ARISING OUT OF OR RELTED TO THE EVENT(S), WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE.

Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19
The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people.
Dunesville Music Festival (“the Event”) has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and any of it's variants; however, the Event cannot guarantee that you, or members of your party if applicable, will not become infected with COVID-19 or any of it's variants. Further, attending the EVENT could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19 or any of it's variants.
By purchasing a ticket, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and all it's variants and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 or any of it's variants by attending the EVENT and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 or any of it's variants at the EVENT may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, Event producers, volunteers, and other patrons and their families. I also agree that I will not attend the EVENT in the case of a positive test result, potential exposure, or any current symptoms.

I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to my party or myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I or my party may experience or incur in connection with my attendance at the EVENT or participation in EVENT programming (“Claims”). On my behalf, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the EVENT, any organizers, rescue personnel, promoters, sponsors, advertisers, owners and lessees of premises used to conduct the EVENT, premises and event inspectors, surveyors, underwriters, consultants and others who give recommendations, directions, or instructions or engage in risk evaluation or loss control activities regarding the premises or EVENT and each of them, their directors, officers, agents and employees, all for the purpose herein referred to as “Releasees,” of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the EVENT, and its "Relesees", whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after attending the EVENT.
